摘要
针对某直升机稳定跟踪平台的实际要求和使用环境,通过对常用传动形式特点的对比分析,确定了合理的传动方案。采用集成化设计技术,设计出的稳定跟踪平台具有结构紧凑、重量轻、抗振动性能好的特点。文中详细介绍了稳定跟踪平台的设计过程,包括具体的结构组成、汇流环的选择与优化设计、传动链设计与计算、控制精度的分析等。设计的稳定跟踪平台在装机使用过程中性能优异可靠,完全满足系统的使用要求。设计过程中所贯穿的集成化设计思想可为类似产品的设计提供参考。
Based on the practical requirement and service environment of the stabilization tracking platform for a type of helicopter, a rational scheme is determined by means of characteristic analysis of several familiar transmission types. The stabilization tracking platform, designed with the integration design technology, has excellences of compact structure, small weight and good resistance to vibration. The design process of the sta- bilization tracking platform is discussed in detail, including structural composition, selection and optimization design of the slip ring, design and calculation transmission chain and control precision analysis. The stabiliza- tion tracking platform shows its excellent and reliable performance during operation. And it fully meets the op- eration requirements of the system. The integration design idea throughout the design process can provide a reference for the design of similar products.
