摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮白酒糟添加水平对山羊生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响,以确定山羊饲粮中白酒糟的最佳添加水平。选取48只4月龄、平均体重为(17.77±4.20)kg的山羊,随机分为4组,每组12只(公母各占1/2)。各组山羊分别饲喂白酒糟添加水平为0(对照组)、10%、20%、30%的试验饲粮,试验期为57 d,饲喂量为1 kg/(只·d)。结果表明:10%添加组山羊的平均净增重、平均日增重、屠宰率、净肉率最高,料重比最低,经济效益最佳,且其屠宰率和净肉率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。10%添加组山羊的干物质、代谢能、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、磷的表观消化率均为最高,且其干物质和代谢能表观消化率均显著高于30%添加组(P<0.05)。30%添加组山羊的平均净增重、平均日增重、料重比和各营养物质表观消化率与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。此外,血清总蛋白含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但30%添加组的血清尿素氮含量显著高于对照组和10%添加组(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲粮白酒糟添加水平在30%以内时对山羊生产性能和各营养物质表观消化率无不利影响。综合考虑,山羊饲粮中添加10%白酒糟效果最佳。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of white distillers’ grains supplemental lev-el on performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of goats in order to determine the optimal supplemental level of white distillers’ grains in diets for goats.Forty eight four-month-old goats with an average body weight of ( 17 .77 ±4 .20 ) kg were randomly assigned to 4 groups, and each group had 12 goats ( half male and half female) .The goats in the 4 groups were fed the experimental diets containing 0 ( control group) , 10%, 20% and 30%of white distillers’ grains, respectively.The experiment lasted for 57 days, and the amount of feeding was restricted to 1.0 kg/(goat· d).The results showed as follows:the 10%supplemental group had the highest average net gain, average daily gain, dressing percentage and pure meat percentage, the best economic benefit and the lowest feed/gain, and the dressing percentage and pure meat percentage in 10% supplemental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05).The 10% supplemental group had the highest apparent digestibility of dry matter, metabolizable energy, crude pro-tein, neutral detergent fiber, phosphorus, and the apparent digestibility of dry matter and metabolizable energy in 10% supplemental group were significantly higher than those in 30% supplemental group (P〈0.05).No significant differences were found in average net gain, average daily gain, feed/gain and nutrient apparent di-gestibility among 30%supplemental group and control group ( P〉0.05).In addition, there was no signifi-cant difference in serum total protein content among all groups (P〉0.05), but the serum urea nitrogen con-tent in 30% supplemental group was significantly higher than that in control group and 10% supplemental group ( P 〈0 .05 ) .It is concluded that the supplemental levels of white distillers ’ grains in diets less than 30%have no adverse effects on performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of goats.Overall consideration, the diet supplemented with 10%white distillers’ grains has the best effect for goats.
