人工颈椎间盘置换的有限元法生物力学研究进展
摘要
人工颈椎间盘置换(artificialcervi—caldiscreplacement,ACDR)成熟的临床应用已有十多年的历史,其设计初衷和理论依据主要是ACDR术后保留了正常的颈椎节段间的活动度和压力负荷传递的力学性能,使颈椎在椎间盘置换术后生物力学方面接近生理状态,从而阻止或延缓颈前路减压植骨融合术后邻椎病的发生。颈椎的生物力学比较复杂,其运动需要椎间关节、钩椎关节、后方小关节的协调,属于半限制系统。
