摘要
目的:探讨内眦赘皮矫正术的手术方法,减少术后赘皮复发,缩短瘢痕恢复时间。方法:将内眦部Y-V切口延长至下睑缘内侧,通过彻底松解局部错构的眼轮匝肌,充分显露内眦韧带前支鼻侧骨膜止点,将其与内眦韧带起点缝合,缩短内眦韧带,矫正内眦赘皮。结果:临床应用120例,其中半年以上随访100例,内眦赘皮矫正效果良好,内眦间距缩短、眼型自然美观,切口瘢痕不明显。结论:采用Y-V改良切口加折叠缩短内眦韧带,手术效果明显、可靠。
Objective The purpose of the operation was to explore the correction method for epicanthus to shorten the recovery time of scar and reduce recurrence after operation.Methods The Y-V incision in the inner canthus was extended to lower eyelid margin,through this incision,dislocated orbicularis oculi muscle near medial canthal ligament was completely released and the attachment of medical canthal ligament on the nasal periosteum was fully exposed,then medical canthal ligment was folded to correct epicanthus.Results One hundred and twenty patients were treated with this method and one hundred cases were followed up for more than 6 months.They showed good epicanthus correction results with short scar recovery time,natural double eyelid appearance and the inner canthic diameter was shortened.Conclusion The use of canthal ligament shortening,combined with Y-V modified incision,led to stable effect of operation and satisfied patients.
