酚酸对烟苗根系生长及叶片光合特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了解酚酸类他感物质对烟苗生长发育的影响,研究了苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸和水杨酸对烟苗根系发育、气体交换特征、叶绿素荧光参数及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,3种酚酸随着浓度的增加,烟苗叶片叶绿素含量(SPAD值)均呈先增加后降低趋势;3种酚酸能够显著抑制烟苗根系发育,随着浓度增加,根尖数、总根长和总根表面积呈先升后降或直接降低的趋势;3种酚酸能够降低净光合速率(Pn),苯甲酸差异不显著;3种酚酸对叶绿素荧光参数均有影响,随着浓度的增加,Fv/Fm有降低趋势,但差异不显著,qp和ФPSII呈显著下降趋势,NPQ呈显著升高趋势。本试验证明了3种酚酸对烟苗根系发育、光合作用有抑制作用。 In order to investigate the influence of phenolic allelochemicals on the growth and development of tobacco seedlings, effect of benzoic acid, p-hydroxy benzoic acid and salicylic acid on seedling root growth, characteristics of gas exchange, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll content of tobacco were analyzed in this study. Result showed that chlorophyll content of seedling leaf (SPAD value) first increased and then decreased with the enhancement of the three phenolic acids; Three phenolic acids all significantly inhibited the growth of tobacco seedling root, such as tip number, total root length and total root surface area, which showed the trend of first increased and then decreased or decreased directly; three phenolic acids all decreased the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), there was no significant difference in the treatment of benzoic acid; three phenolic acids all had effect on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, the Fv/Fm value decreased with the increasing of concentrations, while with no significant difference, qP and PSII values significantly decreased. Our study exhibited that all three phenolic acids inhibited the developing of tobacco seedlings and the photosynthesis activity of tobacco plant.
