为了使基于云计算的电子政务公共平台(简称电子政务公共平台)能够提供良好的服务质量,需要在日常工作中开展对其服务质量评估,评估指标体系包括准确性、有效性、响应性、安全性、可靠性和友好性6个方面的特性及其下属子特性,由服务管理机构组织并协调各方参与共同完成服务质量评估工作。
In order to get good service qualityprovidedby the E-govemment common platform based on cloud compyting, it' s necessary to carry out daily service quality evaluation to the E-govemment common platform, the evaluation index system includes accuracy, validity, responsiveness, security, reliability and amity with their subordinate characteristics. The service management organization coordinates and organizes all parties to participate and finish this evaluation.
