摘要
"特岗计划"是教育部门为改善农村教师质量、平衡地区义务教育水平的重要政策。政策实施以后,特岗教师已经逐步成为我国农村地区义务教育学校教师的重要组成群体。依据大型全国调查的数据,论述特岗教师群体在整体中小学教师中的边缘地位,以及该群体的显著社会背景特征。特岗教师主体来自农村的中下层家庭,并经历了特定的社会流动轨迹,这种与农村地区特别是偏远艰苦农村地区学生相似的社会阶层来源背景,使得特岗教师群体在农村地区学校中具有特殊的角色榜样作用。因此,在制定进一步教育政策的时候,需要考虑特岗教师的特殊地位与社会作用,改善特岗教师的现有地位。
The special-post plan is a crucial national policy for rural teachers and reducing regional gaps in educational quality. So, the special-post teachers become a significant part of rural education. Based on an investigation, the researcher finds that they are at the margin of the teaching occupational hierarchy in China, and they are mainly from rural families. The special-post teachers are willing to serve as role mod- els for rural students. Hence, the writer of this paper argues for improvement of their social and profes- sional status by revision of the special-post plan promoting educational aspiration and social mobility of the rural teachers.
