近年来煤矿事故频发,很大一部分是由于煤矿机械传动齿轮质量不达标、失效造成设备故障引发的事故,这一直困扰着井下煤炭的生产和运输。因此,要想保证煤矿的高产率,必须从根本上着手,研究传动机械齿轮的失效原因,针对各个不同的方面研究出改进的措施,避免因齿轮失效造成机械设备故障,延长机械设备使用寿命。
