摘要
提升系统是矿井生产中重要的机械设备,天轮轴承是提升系统中的核心环节,为了克服经验模态分解过程中常见的模态混叠现象,提出了一套新型的天轮轴承故障诊断方法,即基于噪声辅助数据分析技术的集合经验模态分解法(EEMD)。该方法极大地提高了提升机天轮机械故障诊断过程的准确性。
Lifting system is a very important group of mechanical equipment in mine production, wheel bearing is a key link in the promotion system, in order to modal common coping empirical mode decomposition process of aliasing phenomenon, this paper puts forward a set of new wheel bearing fault diagnosis method, namely the ensemble empirical mode noise of auxiliary data analysis technique based on the decomposition method (EEMD). The method greatly improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis of machine head sheave hoisting machinery in the process.
