摘要
在利用中深孔光面爆破技术进行井下岩石巷道掘进的过程中,出现了个别周边眼不起爆但巷道成型仍然较好的现象。通过对该现象的分析和研究,针对实验巷道,在其他条件不变的情况下,得出了在原有设计的基础上可以加大周边眼间距或进一步减少周边眼的装药量,而且加大或减少的量甚至可以加倍。并对造成二次放炮的原因进行了分析,给出了相应的处理和改进措施。进一步的实验结果表明其效果较好。
In the use of medium-deep-hole smooth blasting technology for the process of underground rock tunneling, the individual neighboring holes don't detonate but the outline of roadway is still good. Through the analysis and study of the phenomenon, according to the experimental roadway, with other conditions unchanged, it is obtained that on the basis of the original design inter-hole distance of neighboring holes can be increased or the explosive payload of neighboring holes can be further reduced, and the increase or decrease margin can even double. And the causes of secondary blasting are also analyzed and the corresponding treatment and improvement measures are given. Further experimental results show that it is effective.
