摘要 综述了化学镀工艺的发展,详细论述了在合金化、复合化、稀土化方面复合化学镀的研究成果,并探讨了化学镀镍的沉积机理。同时,详细综述了复合化学镀层在耐腐蚀、耐摩擦方面的研究进展,提出复合化学镀镍-磷合金今后的发展方向,应朝着更实用的方向发展。 This text summarized the development of electroless composite codeposition.The research results of electroless composite plating in the aspects of alloying,compounding,rare earth using have been expounded in detail.The deposition mechanism of electroless nickel plating has been discussed.Meanwhile,a detailed overview of research progress of composite plating in corrosion resistance and abrasion has been made,and the future development direction of nickel-phosphorus composite plating has been put forward,which should develop towards a more practical direction.
