摘要
建立可靠稳定的心力衰竭动物模型,对于研究心力衰竭的发病机制、病理生理及疾病预防和治疗起重要作用。异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导心力衰竭模型已被广泛应用于实验研究,但目前对于ISO诱导心力衰竭动物模型的损伤机制报道比较杂乱,现认为ISO主要是通过干扰线粒体能量代谢、诱导氧化应激和细胞凋亡等诱导心肌损伤。该文就ISO诱导心力衰竭的病理损伤机制进行综述。
Successfully established stable and reliable animal models are very important to study heart failure of pathogenesis, pathophysiology, prevention and treatment. Isoproterenol induced model of heart failure is widely applied in home and abroad, but at present the reports of mechanisms of isoproterenol induced pathological injury are mixed and disordered, and it's considered that it's mainly through interfering mitochondrial energy metabolism, inducing oxidative stress and myocardial apoptosis. Here is to make a review of pathological injury mechanisms of isoproterenol induced heart failure.
