摘要
在非常规突发事件发生时,公众对媒体的信任对于良好的应急响应从而降低生命和财产损失至关重要.首先通过问卷调查对4类Web信息传播渠道(新闻网站、网络论坛、博客和即时通讯工具)在突发事件信息的传播效果方面进行比较.然后,基于信任模型和媒介信任的相关研究,构建了突发事件信息渠道信任的模型,运用结构方程模型方法对数据进行了分析.研究表明公众对于不同渠道的信任原因显著不同,该研究成果为突发事件信息的发布者选择事件信息发布渠道和优化信息发布效果提供了决策依据.
Public confidence on the warning message of unconventional emergency events is critical for emer- gency response and the minimum loss of life and property. Through a survey, differences of the warning effect of Web channels of unconventional emergencies information are compared. Based on organizational trust inte- gration models and researches about media credibility, a conceptual model of web media credibility is proposed and estimated by means of structural equation modeling with partial least square method. The findings show that the significant factors of credibility are different for the channels. The result provides implications for un- conventional emergency events information dissemination.
