摘要
在对陇东黄土高原苹果锈病多年研究过程中新的发现是:苹果锈菌转主寄生对象是柏科植物,桧柏(圆柏)只是其中一种;苹果锈菌冬孢子并非在一年内全部萌发,个别菌瘿有越年萌发现象;苹果锈菌最远有效传播距离可达10km,比通常认为的3~5km有所扩大;在多种预报方法中,利用“柏树开花”预测预报苹果锈病准确有效;在对苹果园采取积极防治锈病措施的同时,必须将柏科植物锈病也作为主要防治对象。
Throught many years of research on apple rust in loess plateau of east Gansu ,it was found that cupressaceae plants was the apple alternate parasitic object of apple rust , Sabina chinesis was one of them.Teliospore of apple rust were not all germinated within first years , individual gall was germinsted in the second year.The farthest effective propagation distance of apple rust can reach 10km, it was more than usual distance of 3~5 km .In the variety predication methods , cypress flowering was accurate and effective method on forecasting the apple rust .We should take positive control measures in apple or-chard, meanwhile cupressaceae plants were also major control objects .
