摘要
为合理、高效地整改风电场的事故隐患,制定能达到最佳安全投入和产出的方案,应用基于优化模型的多目标指派方法,针对风电场生产实际存在的问题,确定成本目标和效益目标,构建不确定区间优化数学模型。通过对区间数损益矩阵的一系列变换和统一化,计算指派问题的区间数总成本矩阵,并在充分考虑班组数与任务数不相等的情况下,用匈牙利法对建立的指派问题数学模型进行最优化求解。结果表明:具有区间数的多目标指派问题解法可应用于风电场事故隐患整改方案决策中,能够有效解决风电场问题整改最优化指派问题,使总效率和总成本达到预期目标。
In order to remove reasonably and efficiently hidden perils of accidents existing in a certain wind farm and establish a scheme for best safety output-to-input ratio, the problems actually existing in the wind farm were analyzed, cost and benefit targets were set up, and an uncertain interval optimization math- ematical model was built. It was based on approach to solving multi-objective assignment problems. By means of a series of transforming and unifying profit-loss matrices of interval numbers, the total cost matrix was calculated for assignment problem interval number. Giving full consideration to the condition that theve is not a equal number of the tasks and the teams, an optimal solution a was obtained by solving the mathe- matical model using the Hungarian method. The application result shows that interval number multi-objec- tive assignment method can be used for decision-making in wind farm hidden perils of accident program, and solving the optimization assignment problem of wind farm to realize the anticipated targets of total efficiency and cost.
