摘要
教师教育与师范教育在本质特征、目标追求、管理体制、学科分类、专业设置等方面既有联系,又有区别,由师范教育向教师教育的变革是社会发展的必然要求。师范教育以教育活动的特点命名,是单列、封闭的体制,主要以学科为标准进行分类、设置和建设。教师教育直接以教育对象未来的职业名称命名,是开放性、综合化的体制,主要以学科和行业相结合进行分类、设置和建设,这些特点决定了由师范教育向教师教育变革的必然性和科学性。
Teacher education and normal education have connections and differences in substantive characteristics, goal pursuit, management system, discipline classification and major setup, etc. The transformation from normal education to teacher education is the inevitable requirement for social development. Normal education is a major mainly classified, set up and constructed by the norm of discipline, named by the characteristic of educational activities, which is a single-row and closed system. Teacher education is mainly classified, set up and constructed by the integration of the discipline with its profession, directly named by the future professional name of the educational object, which is an open and comprehensive system. All these characteristics have led to the inevitability and scientificity of the transformation from normal education to teacher education.
