摘要
目的:评价波叶山蚂蝗提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。方法:通过建立体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对波叶山蚂蝗石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物进行活性筛选。结果:波叶山蚂蝗3个提取物均有较好的α-葡萄糖酶抑制作用,抑制活性均远远大于阳性对照阿卡波糖(IC50=1 103.01 mg·L-1),其中以石油醚部位(DSPE)活性最好(IC50=45.16 mg·L-1)。乙酸乙酯部位(DSEA)和正丁醇部位(DSME)对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性呈显浓度依赖性。结论:波叶山蚂蝗3个提取部位有较显著的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,具有开发应用的价值。
Objective: To evaluate α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of extracts from Desmodium sequax. Method: By establishing α-glucosidase inhibitory model in vitro, the activity of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract from D. sequax was screened. Result: Three extracts from D. sequax showed good inhibitory activity, which showed far greater activity than that of acarbose (IC50=1 103.01 mg·L^-1). Petroleum ether extract (DSPE) had the highest inhibitor activity (IC50=45.16 mg·L^-1). α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate extract (DSEA) and methanol extract (DCME) had concentration-dependent. Conclusion: Three extracts had more significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and great development and application value.
