摘要
介绍了一种顺装整体折叠臂自装卸车的功能和基本构成,根据其运动轨迹对其工作状态的全过程进行了受力分析,并着重描述了自装卸机构、尾部支撑、稳定器、导向轮、锁止钩、H型架及液压系统等主要组成部分的设计思想。
The function and basic structure of the self-loading and unloading vehicle with integral folding arm were introduced in this paper, and the stress analysis was given for the overall process of the operating mode based on the motion locus of the system, as well as the design philosophy was emphatically described to the main components such as self-loading and unloading mechanism, rear support, stabilizer directive wheel, locking hook, H-frame and hydraulic system, etc..
