摘要
目的建立酸败油菜花粉的质量控制方法。方法通过对酸度、过氧化值的测定,同时考察药材的外观性状,可以检验出酸败样品,严格控制油菜花粉质量。结果酸败的样品口尝明显有酸味、色泽较暗,pH<4.5,过氧化值>0.2。结论通过性状、酸度、过氧化值的测定,初步制定了酸败油菜花粉的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To develop a quality controllable method for rancid pollen brassicae. METHODS Rancid samples could be picked out by determining acidity and peroxide value and studying appearance properties of the medicinal materials to control the quality of pollen brassicae strictly. RESULTS The rancid samples had sour, dark color, pH〈4.5 and peroxide value was 〉0.2. CONCLUSION A quality controllable method for rancid pollen brassicae has been primary developed by determining properties, acidity and peroxide value.
