摘要
基于柴油机低气压模拟试验台,设计了低气压模拟控制系统。采用模糊PID控制算法,设计了柴油机进、排气压力控制器。经过调试试验,结果显示:低气压模拟控制系统稳定性、快速性和准确性均满足开发要求,压力控制误差在1.5 kPa以内,压力调节时间小于3 min。
Based on the low pressure simulating platform , the diesel engine's low pressure simulation control system was designed. The controller of intake and exhaust pressure was designed used by fuzzy-PID arithmetic. After debugging experiment, the stability, rapidity and veracity of low pressure simulation control system meet the requirements, the pressure control error is basically within 1.5 kPa, and the pressure adjusting time is under 3 min.
