摘要
通过理化指标的观测研究了大蒜素对热应激肉鸡脏器功能的影响。结果表明,36℃急性热应激对肉鸡血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性影响不明显,但显著降低肉鸡血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性;热应激和大蒜素同时作用显著降低肉鸡股动脉压(FAP)、红细胞比容(HT)及CK、ALP的活性,但对GPT、GOT活性和肌酐(CR)浓度的影响不明显;大蒜素显著降低热应激肉鸡ALP活性,对GPT、GOT活性、尿酸(UA)和CR浓度的影响不明显,有提高新城疫抗体效价的趋势,显著增加热应激肉鸡血清总蛋白(TP)浓度。表明36℃热应激对肉鸡心、肝、肾和肌肉等组织没有明显的损害;大蒜素对热应激肉鸡心血管功能有一定的影响,并有疏肝利胆、促进肝脏合成代谢的功能,对肾脏排泌功能影响不明显。
The effects of allicin additive on organ functions in broiler chickens under heat stress were studied through the observation of physiological and biochemical indexes. The results showed that 36℃ acute heat stress had no remarkable effect on activity of glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) and glutamic oxalocetie transaminase(GOT), but significantly decreased the activity of creatine kinase(CK) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in serum of broiler. When adding allicin in the feed of heat- stressed broilers, the femoral artery pressure (FAP), hematocrit (HT), activity of CK and ALP of broiler chickens were sig- nificantly decrease, but activity of GPT and GOT and concentration of creatinine (CR) had no remarkable change. Allicin additive could significantly decrease the ALP activity of broiler chickens under heat stress, with no remarkable effect on ac- tivity of GPT and GOT and concentration of UA and CR. A tendency on increasing antibody titer against Newcastle disease virus was appeared, and the total protein (TP) level in serum was significantly increased. The results suggested that there were no remarkable tissue damage in the heart, liver, kidney and musculature of broiler chickens under 36℃acute heat stress. Allicin had certain effect on cardiovascular function of broiler chickens under heat stress. It was beneficial to the hepa- tobiliary, invigorated synthesis metabolism of liver, and had no significant effects on the excretion function of kidney.
