摘要
为进一步研究污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体的抗压性能,用3种水泥砂浆砌筑18件砌体试件和对照组试件进行轴压试验研究,结果表明:污泥烧结页岩多孔砖的开裂荷载较小,当砂浆强度等级逐渐增大时,该砖的开裂荷载与破坏荷载的差值分别为120、160、200 kN以上,表明该砖的初始裂缝出现较早,同时裂缝的发展具有一定的过程,与页岩多孔砖砌体轴压试验的破坏过程相似,其延性较好,有较好的强度保证。随着水泥砂浆强度的提高,砌体抗压强度分别为3.81、4.29、5.10 MPa,其抗压强度逐渐增大,但两者不成线性比例关系,在一定程度上表明砂浆强度增加有利于砌体抗压。由于污水污泥烧结页岩多孔砖的实测抗压强度平均值(3.81、4.29和5.10 MPa)比理论抗压强度平均值(3.77、4.20和4.79 MPa)要高,表明其具有一定的安全储备,满足工程要求。
In order to further study the properties of sludge sintered shale porous brick masonry, 18 brick masonry specimens which were made from three kinds of cement mortar were tested under axial pressure with a control group of specimens. The results show that the cracking load of sludge sintered shale porous brick is small and when the mortar strength gradually increases, the differences between the cracking load and the failure load of the bricks were increased to 120,160 and 200 kN ; the cracks of sludge sintered shale porous brick appear earlier, and the development of cracks needs a certain period, which is similar to the damage evolution of shale brick masonry i~ the axial com- pression test ; the bricks had better ductility and good strength ; with the improvement of cement mor- tar strength, the compressive strength of the masonry was increased to 3.81, 4. 29 and 5.10 MPa and the compressive strength gradually increases, but the compressive strength and the cement mortar strength are not linearly proportional, suggesting that the increase of the mortar strength contributes to the compressive strength of masonry only to certain extent. Since the measured average tompressive strength (3.81,4.29 and 5.10 MPa) of sludge sintered shale porous bricks is higher than the theoretical average compressive strength ( 3.77, 4.20 and 4. 79 MPa), it shows that there is certain safety reserve and the masonry structure meet the requirements in engineering.
