摘要 在描述中国与新加坡服务贸易发展现状的基础上,基于两国2002~2011年的数据,利用RCA指数、TCI指数、TC指数等指标,对两国的服务贸易的互补性和竞争性进行分析.分析结果显示:在运输、建筑、保险和其他商业服务部门,两国服务贸易互补性较显著.在政府服务、通信等其他服务部门,两国的出口贸易互补性弱.中国在建筑、计算机与信息和其他商业服务部门的竞争力较强,而新加坡在金融、建筑、其他商业服务部门都显示出较大的竞争优势.双方应该立足比较优势,整合区内资源应对国际挑战. The current situation of the development of trade in services between China and Singapore is analyzed in the paper firstly, and then complementarity and competitiveness of services trade in the two countries are calculated and analyzed, which is based on the data of the two countries in 2002-2011, using RCA index, TCI index, TC index and other indicators. From the results of the analysis, we can draw the following conclusions. Firstly,in transportation, construction, insurance and other business services sector, trade in services between the two countries is highly complementary. Secondly, in government services, communications and other services sector, the trade between the two countries shows low complementarity. Thirdly, China has strong competitiveness in construction, computer, information and other business service sector, while Singapore in finance, construction, and other business services sector. Both sides should take the comparative advantages, and integrate resources to cope with the international challenges.
