四肢周围神经鞘瘤的MRI表现 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨MRI对四肢周围神经鞘瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的四肢周围神经鞘瘤的MRI图像资料,总结其MRI表现。结果:本组8例四肢周围神经鞘瘤患者,下肢5例,上肢3例。肿瘤多呈类圆形或椭圆形,长轴平行于神经干走行方向,T1WI病变多呈等低信号,T2WI多呈不均匀高信号,增强病变不均匀强化6例,均匀强化2例,肿瘤边界光整,2例可见分叶,包膜呈低信号,脂肪包绕征6例,脂肪尾征5例,靶征3例,神经束膜中断征3例,神经出入征3例。结论:四肢周围神经鞘瘤的MRI表现有一定特征性,MRI对其诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。
