摘要 研究开发了具有仿生特性的电子鼻系统,并将其应用于黄酒的品质检测中,结合主成分分析(PCA)、判别因子分析(DFA)以及误差反向传播(BP)神经网络作为模式识别方法,对不同产地、不同酒龄的黄酒进行了检测。结果表明,该电子鼻系统对不同产地和古越龙山不同标注酒龄的黄酒区分效果良好,同时可对产地和酒龄进行很好的预测。 A bionic electronic nose had been developed and used in combination with principal component analysis (PCA), discriminant factor analysis (DFA) and back propagation neural network (BPNN) for the discrimination of yellow rice wine of different producing place or of differ ent age. The results suggested that such method could achieve satisfactory effects in discriminating yellow rice wine of different producing place and Guyue Longshan yellow rice wine of different age. Meanwhile, it could be used to predict the producing place and the age of yellow rice wine.
