摘要
对于底部有支撑轴承结构的大型反应釜,底部凸缘与顶部法兰的同轴度要求至关重要,直接影响着轴系的运转稳定性及使用寿命,整体机加工能保证精度要求,但成本较大、经济性差,对于机加工能力一般的中小型企业,是一个瓶颈。通过实验,我们找出一种经济合理的制造工艺来达到目的。
