摘要
在我国经济快速增长的同时,一场"雾霾战役"席卷了我国大部分地区,大气污染严重、能源消耗过多、碳排放增加等一系列问题使得我国面临十分严重的环境和生态危机,随之对产业结构调整的迫切要求大大增强。通过分析我国产业结构的现状和形成原因,结合雾霾天气出现和产业结构、能源结构的关系,认为应该利用技术创新对我国的产业结构和能源结构进行优化调整,从而从根本上缓解或消除雾霾天气污染。
With the rapid development of economy in China, a ＂haze campaign＂ swept across the east and west regions of China. A series of problems, such as serious air pollution, tOO much energy consumption, the in- crease in carbon emissions and so on, make our country face very severe environmental and ecological crisis. Then it needs to readjust industrial structure urgently. Through making the analysis of the status and reasons of formation of China＇s industrial structure, and combing with the relationship of the haze weather and the indus- trial structure, the energy structure, the paper concludes that we should take advantage of the technology inno- vation to readjust the industrial and energy structure, so as to solve the problem of the haze weather pollution fundamentally.
