摘要
以国家知识产权局中国专利数据库为数据源,检索了1985—2013年我国申请的有关竹木复合材专利信息,对竹木复合材专利的年度发展趋势、申请地区、专利权人、IPC分布和重点专利技术进行定量分析。结果表明:目前,竹木复合技术处于快速成长阶段;浙江、湖南、江苏为专利技术分布的主要区域;高校、科研机构和企业都是技术研发的主力;竹木复合材专利涉及到的领域集中在B部(交通运输)、E部(固定建筑物)和A部(人类生活必需),复合技术是竹木复合材的核心技术。
Quantitative analysis was carried out on patent database of bamboo-wood composites in the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. C from 1985 to 2013. The patent data of bamboo-wood composites were compared in terms of the annual development trend of the patent application, application region, the main applicant, IPC distribution, and the core patent technology. The results illustrated that: bamboo-wood composite technology had been developing rapidly recently for patent application growing continuously and quickly; In patent application, Zhejiang, Hunan and Jiangsu were the main technology output regions; colleges and universities, research institutions and enterprises were the major force of composite technology; IPC classes of bamboo-wood composites mainly belonged to class B (transportation), E (fixed building) and A (necessaryof human life) . The core technology was the structure composite of bamboo-wood compos- ites.
