摘要
自行火炮空投时因倾角很大,威胁空投安全,必须进行控制。运用多体动力学分析方法,将空投过程分为四个阶段,分别对各阶段建立动力学模型。在火炮空投出舱前,起动初期视为直线加速运动,到舱口附近视为二自由度运动,在火炮出舱后,视伞和火炮系统为四自由度运动,运用速度矩阵法推导动力学方程,进行了详细分析计算,找到了影响倾角的主要因素,揭示了各个因素的影响规律,提出了减小倾角的方法和建议,为改善空投姿态、保证空投安全提出了有效方法。
It is dangerous for the airborne self-propelled gun when the airdrop posture has a large inclina-tion angle.It is necessary to control the inclination angle of the airborne self-propelled gun.By use of multi-body dynamics analysis methods,the airdropping process was divided into 4 periods,and the dy-namics model of each period was established.At the initial period,the self-propelled gun is the acceler-ated motion along the straight line before the self-propelled gun performs air delivery flown out from the aircraft cabin,two degrees of freedom motion at the door of the cabin,and four degrees of freedom mo-tion after the self-propelled gun performs air delivery outside the cabin.With the help of the velocity ma-trix method,the serial dynamics equations were established,and detailed analysis and calculation of the e-quations were carried out to find out the leading factor which has influence on the inclination angle and re-veal the effect law of each factor.The method and suggestion for reducing the inclination angle were put forward.This method can provide the efficient way for perfecting airdrop posture and ensuring the air-drop safety.
