摘要 针对影响火炮炮口扰动因素的问题,建立了某牵引火炮刚柔耦合参数化有限元模型,考虑了有限元弹炮耦合接触/碰撞、膛内时期膛线对弹丸的扭转、衬瓦与身管间隙、摇架板厚参数、火线高、耳轴及方向机刚度与阻尼、高平机刚度及阻尼、后大架尺寸参数等因素的影响。以炮口线速度和角速度表征炮口扰动,构建目标函数,通过灵敏度分析获得各因素对炮口扰动的影响程度。该结果为炮口扰动优化设计提供一定依据,对探寻各参数与炮口扰动关联性具有借鉴意义。 Aimed at the factors that have influence on muzzle disturbance of gun,a parametric finite ele-ment model of a towed howitzer based on mixed rigid-flexible was established.The influences of contact-impact based on FEM proj ectile-barrel coupling,torsion effect of rifling on proj ectile when the proj ectile moving in bore,clearance between lining tile and barrel,plate thickness parameter of cradle,the height of firing line,stiffness and damping of trunnion and traversing mechanism,stiffness and damping of eleva-ting-equilibrium mechanism,dimension parameter of the howitzer's back trail were all considered.By use of linear velocity and angular velocity of muzzle to reflect muzzle disturbance,the obj ective function was established,and the degree of influence of structure parameters on muzzle disturbance was obtained by means of sensitivity analysis.This result can provide theoretical guide for optimization of muzzle disturb-ance,and have reference meaning for the relevance between parameters and muzzle disturbance.
