摘要
为了实时准确测量等离子体的电子密度,利用Lorentz函数拟合Hα发射谱线,测出该谱线的Stark展宽,从而算出等离子体的电子密度为5.14×1016 cm-3。基于实验结果,计算得到等离子频率为5.14×1016 Hz,该值远大于1064nm激光光子频率1014 Hz,证明等离子体对激光的反射作用远小于吸收作用。
Abstract: In order to reduce the disturbance on plasma, and calculate the electron density more accurately, the Hα emission line is obtained and fitted with Lorentz function. With the Stark broadening, the electron density of 5.14×1016 cm-3 is inferred. Based on the experimental re- sults, the plasma frequency of 5.14 × 1016 Hz is also computed, which is smaller than the laser frequency. Therefore, the absorption of the plasma on the laser is stronger than the reflection.
