摘要
城市地下管线铺设密集,在近距离隧道施工下极易受到扰动,因此实现隧道施工中地下管线的安全控制十分重要。根据施工前期地表沉降与管线受力变形关系,提出当隧道推进方向与地下管线垂直时,基于管线的极限变形能力确定地表沉降控制值,并依托上海虹梅南路隧道工程中的实测数据以及ABAQUS有限元软件数值分析方法,研究超大直径泥水盾构施工中地埋管线的变形及安全控制的相关问题,为实际工程中管线事故的预防及控制提供参考。
Nowadays ,the urban buried-pipelines have a dense distribution and is easier to be disturbed by tunneling around ,therefore ,how to control the urban pipelines safely during the tunnel construction is an important subject .Ac-cording to the theoretical relation between surface subsidence and pipeline stress when the pipeline is perpendicular to the tunnel drive ,it is proposed that a control value of the maximum ground settlement is determined based on the limit defor-mation capacity of the pipeline .The study for the deformation and safety control of the buried-pipelines crossed by super-diameter slurry shield-tunneling in Shanghai Hong-mei South Road’s tunnel construction is carried out based on the site data and finite element simulation by ABAQUS software ,so as to provide some references for the pipeline accident pre-vention and safety control in the future .
