摘要
目的:研制适于口腔全景X线机密度分辨力检测模体,提高其质量控制水平。方法:参照标准X线机密度分辨力平面检测模体原理,将口腔全景X线机密度分辨力检测模体分别设计成"U"形及标准圆弧形模体两种样式。结果:"U"形检测模体能较好匹配口腔颌面的形状,但易产生射线重叠;标准圆弧形检测模体具有较好的均匀性和一致性,可以避免产生射线重叠现象。结论:两种样式的检测模体均可以检测口腔全景X线机密度分辨力,而标准圆弧形检测模体具有较好的均匀性和一致性。
Objective: Developing the density resolution detection phantom design method of oral panoramic X-ray machine, to raise the level of its quality control. Methods: redesign the density detection phantom of standard X-ray machine to "U" shape and the circular mold shape. Results: "U" detection phantom has good physical match oral cavity jaw surface shape, but easy to produce ghosting and an estimate of error; circular mold detection phantom has good uniformity and consistency, and won't produce image overlap phenomenon. Conclusion: the circular mold detection phantom is more suitable for density resolution of oral panoramic X-ray machine detection.
