摘要
南水北调中线一期干线工程调水距离长、供水口门多、运行年限久、沿线经济社会发展程度不一，调水成本在运行期间可能会发生变化，为保证工程良性运行和用水户在承受能力范围内合理用水，探讨水价调整方法和补偿建议方案。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project of water diversion from the long period of trunk, water gate, running life for a long time,the economic and social development level is not a,water transfer cost may be changed during operation,in order to guarantee the benign operation of engineering and water users in the capacity range of the rational use of water, water price adjustment method and compensa- tion recommendations scheme.
