摘要
以新戊二醇、三氯氧磷、硫氰酸钾和苯甲醛等为原料制得含磷氮硫3种阻燃元素的新型阻燃剂(PNSFR),并将其应用于软质聚氨酯泡沫(FPUF)的阻燃改性。通过红外(IR)和核磁氢谱(1H NRM)对阻燃剂结构进行表征,采用民航专用的适航标准FAR 25.853(a)对阻燃软质聚氨酯泡沫(FRPU)的阻燃性能进行测试,结果表明PNSFR可有效提高FRPU的阻燃性能,并能使FRPU在浸泡纯净水和咖啡后仍然具有一定的阻燃性能,但力学性能略有下降。
A novel flame retardant(PNSFR)was designed and synthesized using neopentylglycol, phosphorus oxy- chloride, potassium thiocyanate,benzaldehyde and so on. The chemical structure of PNSFR was characterized by1 H NMR and FTIR. The flame retardance of flexible polyurethane foam(FPUF)was improved by incorporating PNSFR according to the requirements of FAR 25. 853(a). The flame retarded FPUF(FRPU)still had flame retardance after being immersed in purified water or coffee,however the mechanical properties was decreased slightly.
