摘要
测定了3种不同磷矿的比表面积、二氧化碳系数、反应活性指数以及抗阻缓系数,通过对比找到磷矿物化参数对脲硫酸分解磷矿转化率的影响规律:比表面积、二氧化碳系数近乎相当时,同一条件下脲硫酸分解磷矿的转化率与反应活性指数呈较大程度的相关性,抗阻缓系数影响不大;比表面积和二氧化碳系数对磷矿转化率的影响程度远小于反应活性指数和抗阻缓系数的影响程度。所得结论为不同磷矿对脲硫酸复肥工艺的适应性评价提供了依据。
The surface area, carbon dioxide coefficient, reactiv- ity index and resistance coefficient of 3 kinds of phosphate ores are determined. The rules of influence of physicochemical param- eters of phosphate ores on conversion rate of urea-sulfuric acid de- composing phosphate ores found by comparison are when the sur- face area and carbon dioxide coefficient are almost equal, Some correlations exist between the conversion rate of urea-sulfuric acid decomposing phosphate ores and the reactivity index under the same conditions and there is no great impact from the resistance coefficient. The influence of surface area and carbon dioxide coef- ficient on the conversion rate is far less than the influence of reac- tivity index and resistance coefficient. The conclusion made pro- vides a basis for the evaluation of adaptability of phosphate ores to the urea-sulfuric acid compound fertilizer process.
