摘要
硫铁矿烧渣是硫铁矿制酸残渣,其中铁氧化物的活性较差,基于这种性质,采用硝酸浸取脱除其中的硫、铝等氧化物杂质,同时使大部分铁得到富集进入酸浸渣,作为铁精矿。经过正交试验得到硝酸浸取硫铁矿烧渣的优化条件为:硝酸浓度6mol/L、浸取时间60min、温度50℃、硝酸过量系数15,此时,脱硫率>98%,铁富集率>90%。在优化工艺条件下,对硫铁矿烧渣进行浸取试验,酸浸渣铁质量分数达到60.14%,硫质量分数<0.10%,达到铁精矿的质量要求。
Pyrite cinder is a slag in the production of nitric acid from pyrite ,containing iron oxides with weak activity. Based on this property, sulphur and aluminium and other oxide impurities are removed by nitric acid extraction of pyrite cinder, meanwhile, majorities of iron are concentrated into acid leached slags as iron concentrate. Orthogonal tests show that the optimal conditions for leaching the cinder is nitric acid concentration 6 mol/L, leac- hing time 60 min , temperature 50 ℃, and nitric acid excess coef- ficient 15. At this point, desulfurization rate is over 98% and i- ron enrichment rate more than 90%. In the optimal process con- ditions, pyrite cinder is tested with the iron content in the acid leached slag up to 60. 14% and the sulphur content less than 0.10% ,complying with the requirements in quality for iron con- centrate.
