摘要
我国"学分银行"建设工作已经拉开帷幕,如何运行成为其关键。通过借鉴国外成熟经验,结合国内已有研究成果的基础上,尤其是对套用商业银行业务功能的批判后,提出建立"学分银行"运行机制的理论模型——双向互动系统。这一系统有效运行的关键在于把握其教育性本质和学习性特征。
The construction of "credit bank" has started a prelude in China, and how to build operating mechanism of credit bank has become the key for its operation. On the basis of drawing lessons from advanced foreign countries and combining with domestic research results, especially after criticizing of applying functions of commercial bank, the theoretical model of operating mechanism of credit bank--bilateral interaction system was proposed, and the key for its effective operation lies in grasping its education eccensce and learning characterisitcs.
