摘要
在口腔临床工作中.我们常会拔除许多本应保留却因牙体折裂、严重的根尖周疾病、肿瘤等因素而不得不拔除的患牙。研究表明拔牙窝的牙槽嵴在牙拔除后的第一个月就会发生高度和宽度的丧失,且以颊侧骨板为甚,进一步造成软组织的萎缩和塌陷,增大了日后牙种植手术的难度及患者的经济负担,
