摘要
深孔加工中的偏心度是衡量深孔加工质量的一个重要指标,针对现有手工逐点检测、检测速度慢、不能对管体全面检测的超声测厚系统的缺点,以C8051F340单片机为核心设计了三通道超声测偏仪,实现对被加工工件实时在线连续、自动化的全面检测,从而提高深孔加工的效率和精度。试验表明系统性能稳定,精度高,有广阔的应用前景。
The eccentricity of the deep hole processing is an key indicator to measure the quality of deep hole processing. This paper designed the three-channel ultrasound automatic real- time on-line instrument t based on C8051F340 MCU for o- vercoming the shortcoming of the existing manual system. The experiments show that it improves efficiency and accuracy of the deep hole processing, and has stable performance, high precision, and broad application prospects.
