摘要
依据149cc发动机缸套尺寸,采用离心铸造方法制备了Al-Si-Mg缸套铸件,研究了不同工艺措施对铸件成形质量的影响。结果发现:适当降低浇注温度,可有效消除铸件中的孔洞及裂纹;而要减少或消除铸件中的夹渣,可以通过自制氩气"静态喷吹"装置净化熔体,降低杂质在熔体中的含量,或进一步提高离心机转速,使熔体中微小的氧化夹杂和氧化膜聚集在靠近铸件内壁较小的范围内,并通过车削加工去除。
Based on a certain type of 149cc engine cylinder liner size, the A1-Si-Mg cylinder castings were prepared by centrifugal casting. The effects on the quality of the forming castings were investigated under different processing measures. The results show that the appropriate decrease of the pouring temperature can effectively eliminate holes and cracks in the cast. To reduce or eliminate the slag inclusion in the castings, a new device of "static injection" mainly made of argon was applied to the purification of the melt to decline the content of impurities. Further improvement of the centrifuge speed also can gather the tiny slag inclusion and oxide film near the inner wall of the casting, which can be removed by turning.
