摘要
本文从自主研发、技术引进和FDI溢出3个方面,对中国汽车产业技术进步的主要来源进行甄别。在对中国汽车产业技术进步路径进行理论分析基础上,分别运用时间序列数据模型、一阶差分面板数据模型和VAR模型进行实证研究发现:中国汽车产业技术进步的主要来源依次是技术引进、FDI溢出和自主研发;自主研发具有良好的吸收能力,能够显著促进技术引进和FDI溢出对汽车产业技术进步的作用。中国汽车产业技术进步的关键是要挖掘和培育内部动力,而非依赖于技术引进和FDI溢出效应,从模仿学习到自主创新的转换是中国汽车产业技术进步路径的必然选择。
The paper identifies the major source of Chinese automobile industrial technology progress from three aspects: indepen- dent R&D, technology introduction and FDI spillover. Respectively, the paper uses time series data model, panel data model and VAR model to empirical research. The paper finds that the major source of Chinese automobile industrial technology progress is as followed: technology introduction, FDI spillover and independent R&D. The key of Chinese automobile industry technological progress is digging and cultivating internal dynamics, rather than relying on the technology introduction and FDI spillovers. So, from imitation to innovation is an inevitable choice for the path of Chinese automobile industry technological progress.
