优化控制在循环流化床锅炉的应用及实施

摘要 目前国内的循环流化床自动化投入率普遍较低,对分散控制系统提出了更高的控制要求,以增强电厂的整体效益和竞争力。但由于循环流化床机组的特有的燃烧特性,常规PID控制策略很难实现循环流化床锅炉燃烧自动控制,导致循环流化床锅炉机组的自动投入率低,机炉协调控制根本无法投运。优化控制系统在循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制的应用,为此提供了一种良好的解决途径。 Now, order to promote the input rate of automated circulating fluidized bed is prevailingly low. Thus, in the whole profit and competitive strength, the higher demand for DCS system is proposed. But, because of the peculiar combustion characteristics of circulating fluidized bed unit, it is hard to realize automated control of CFB boiler combustion by means of regular PID control strategy, which can lead to low rate of automated input of CFB boiler unit and the fail of boiler - turbine cooperative control. In these cases, the application of optimizing control to CFB unit combustion control offers an effective resolution.
