摘要
通过对地铁车辆运行期间发生接触器烧毁事故的分析,较为详细地阐述了直流接触器的灭弧原理。同时针对其采用间接串入磁吹线圈灭弧的弱磁缺点,提出了改进方案.并对改进后的产品进行了试验测试,获得了理想的测试结果。经过近一年的实践运行,再未发生类似事故。证明所提方案可以有效地克服载流量越小时,接触器灭弧能力越弱的缺点.说明该方案值得借鉴和推广。
Through analyzing fault contactor burned, this paper introduces the operation theory of DC contactor. At the same time, aiming at its' weak magnetic shortcoming., more less loading current, more less capacity crushing out arc, an improving design scheme is provided, and an ideal test result is got in laboratory. Through running near one year, never happened the same accident, which proves the scheme is right and worth to be generalized and introduced to applying at fact production.
