摘要
针对轮胎生产中90°纤维帘布裁断生产线国产设备存在裁刀使用寿命低、堆料等问题,对裁断装置的功能、原理、结构进行分析,提出了结构优化和工艺改进方案,并对结构进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,通过工艺改进,优化后的结构可以更好地满足裁断技术参数的要求。
Base on the problem of domestic devices' low lifetime and ore-accumulation compared with abroad devices in 90°fiber cord cutting production line of tire production ,the function, prin- ciple, and structure of cutting devices has been analyzed. Then, the structure optimization and process improvement program has been proposed, and the finite element simulation of the struc- ture has been analyzed. The result shows that due to the process improvement, the optimized structure can be used to promote the cutting devices performance.
