摘要
针对传统pH值监控系统的不足,提出了一种基于nRF24L01无线模块的多点pH值监测系统的设计方案;监控系统以C8051F340为主控制器,传感器节点采用复合电极检测pH值,温度传感器DS18B20检测温度值,通过软件计算实现对pH值的温度补偿,利用nRF24L01无线模块实现和汇聚节点的数据传输;汇聚节点通过C8051F340内嵌的USB控制器,结合Silicon Laboratories公司提供的USBXpress开发工具实现与上位机系统的数据通信;设计了无线通讯协议,为提高无线信道的利用率,减少冗余数据的传播,采用动态数据长度发送和识别数据包;测试结果表明系统测量偏差不高于0.01,电极采集电压值变化不高于0.003,系统具有良好的准确度和重复性。
For the shortcoming of traditional pH monitoring system, this paper designed a multi--point pH monitoring system based on nRF24L01 wireless module. The C8051F340 is the system control core. The pH value detected by composite electrode, the temperature com- pensation of pH measurement realized by the temperature sensor DS18B20, sensor nodes used nRF24L01 wireless module to transmit data to the gathering node; Gathering node used C8051F340 embedded USB controller to realize data eommunieation with PC system, adopting Sili- con Laboratories offers USBXprcss development tool. The wireless communication protocol is designed by transmitting and identification of dynamic data length packet to improve the utilization of the radio channel, reduce the propagation of the redundant data. The experimental results show that the system realize wireless monitoring of the pH value, the measurement results are accurate and reliable.
