摘要
线性可变差动变压器(LVDT)是一种差动输出变压器,常用于直线位移变压器,用以将机械位移信号转换成电信号,具有灵敏度高线性度好分辨率高寿命长及可靠性高等优点,在航空领域有着广泛的应用;由于LVDT传感器的输出信号为差分信号,传统的仪器仪表不能直接模拟LVDT传感器的信号^([1]),所以需要研制LVDT传感器模拟器来替代真实的LVDT传感器,用于航空发动机控制系统仿真平台试验;文章着重介绍了LVDT传感器模拟器的设计原理、实现方法及测试结果。
The Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) sensor is a differential transformer, usually used for linear transform- er, which the mechanical displacement signal is converted into an electrical signal. The LVDT sensor is high sensitive, good linear and high reliable, and is widely used inthe aviation field. Because the LVDT sensor outputs differential signal, the traditional instrument cannot direct- ly simulate the signal of LVDT sensors. And then LVDT sensor simulator is developed to replace the real sensor, and used for aircraft engine control system simulation testing. This paper introduces the methods of design, realization and testing for LVDT sensor simulator.
