摘要
文章论述了地方新建本科院校生物制药专业应用型人才培养模式建立的途径,包括创新教学模式;加强师资队伍建设;加强实践教学环节;改革考核方式;加强教学质量监控和评价体系等。其目的是全面提高学生能力,培养和造就更多高素质的应用型人才。
The paper discussed establishing ways about the application personnel training model in Biopharmaceutical Specialty of Newly Established Local Universities, including innovating teaching model, strengthening the teaching staff; strengthening practice teaching; reforming assessment methods; strengthening teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system. Its purpose is to improve students＇ ability and train more high-quality talents.
