摘要
通过光学显微镜、电子探针等科研手段,对S355J2钢板探伤不合试样进行研究。结果表明,探伤不合的主要原因是钢板基体存在中心偏析、内部裂纹以及夹杂物等。经过对冶炼、连铸及轧钢、热处理工艺加以改进,提高了钢板的内部质量及探伤合格率。
The article briefly analyses the factors of disqualification in ultrasonic flaw detection of S355J2 steel plate by optical microscopy and electron probe. The results show that central segregation, micr- cracks and inclusions are the main factors of disqualification in flaw detection. The inner quality and qualification rate in ultrasonic detection are improved by means of optimization of melting, continuous casting , rolling, heat treating processes.
