摘要
目的 查明败 (菌 )血症感染的菌种分布。方法 用Bactec 912 0血培养仪进行 796份血培养 ,通过WalkAway 40全自动微生物分析仪对阳性报警获得的细菌进行菌种鉴定、药敏试验。结果 使用Bactec 912 0血培养仪能够将阳性率由原来传统手工方法所得的 7 1%提高到 10 3 % ;而且阳性出现时间早 ,2 4h检出率达 6 5 9% ,48h检出率高达84 6 %。败 (菌 )血症感染的菌种分布仍以阳性球菌为主(4 5 8% ) ,其次是革兰阴性杆菌。在革兰阳性球菌中 ,万古霉素敏感性为 10 0 % ;在革兰阴性杆菌中 ,亚胺硫霉素敏感性为 83 3%~ 87 5 %。结论 Bactec 912 0血培养仪不仅可提高检出率 ,还缩短了阳性报告时间。在 83例菌血症中 ,以革兰阳性球菌为主 ,万古霉素是治疗革兰阳性球菌菌血症的首选药 ;
Objective To investigate the distribution of bacteria in septicemia or bacteremia. Methods 796 blood cultures were detected by Bactec 9120. Meanwhile evaluation of bacteria and sensitive test of drugs were taken by WalkAway 40. Results The positive rate of blood culture rose from 7% by manual method to 10 3% by Bactec 9120. The 24 h and 48 h positive rate was 65 9% and 84 6% respectively. Gram positive cocci was still the first in the distribution of bacteria. The second were Gram negative bacillus. Sensitive rate of vancomycin was 100% to Gram positive cocci and sensitive rate of imipenem to Gram negative bacillus ranged from 83 3% to 87 5%. Conclusion Bactec 9120 can not only increase its positive rate but also shorten the time to report positive results. In these 83 cases, Gram positive cocci were the first in all bacteria and the best treatment was vancomycin. Imipenem was more susceptive to Gram negative bacillus meanwhile.
